Less Fitness,
More Feeling.

We are committed to offering accessible, trauma-informed yoga practices that support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Every class is designed to meet participants where they are and empower them in their healing journey.
Every Body Belongs Here
Our yoga space is rooted in the belief that practice should nourish, not push. Here, movement and stillness are invitations, not requirements – offering you the chance to rest, restore, and grow in ways that feel right for your body and mind. We focus on creating a supportive environment where you can slow down, listen inward, and experience yoga as a resource for resilience and renewal.
We offer body-positive, trauma-informed classes centered on choice and mindfulness.
FAQ
Yoga Mat & Props
We have yoga mats and a variety of props you are welcome to use for practice. If you borrow a studio yoga mat, please wipe it down with the spray provided after class and return it to its designated spot.
We also encourage you to make full use of the many props available: bolsters, blankets, sandbags, blocks, and more to support and personalize your practice.
Registering for Classes/Events
We invite participants to create an online account and make reservations through our studio platform, Momoyoga.
Visit the schedule page and choose the class you would like to attend. You can manage all bookings and cancellations within your studio account.
Arriving to Class
If you can, please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. For the safety and comfort of all, our doors lock once class begins and late arrivals can’t be admitted.
Your practice starts the moment you step into the studio. Please remove your shoes and silence your phone to help create a mindful, focused space.
Cancellations
If we need to cancel class, you will be notified by email at least 2 hours prior to class start time. If you can’t make it to class, please cancel your registration as soon as you can. This helps us open the spot for someone on the waitlist or another participant.
