We offer trauma-informed movement, meditation, and yoga classes designed to support mental and emotional well-being. Each practice emphasizes choice, presence, and empowerment, creating a safe and supportive space for all participants.
Important Class Information
Due to limited spacing, pre-registration is requested for all classes, events, and workshops. Booking closes 1 hour prior to class. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so in your Momoyoga account or by contacting us.
