Class Schedule
We specialize in therapeutic and trauma-informed movement, meditation, and yoga as a complementary approach to mental and emotional health and well-being. Therapeutic and trauma-informed movement and meditation practices are intentionally designed to offer choice, invitation, present moment awareness, and empowerment to our participants.
Important Class Information
Due to limited spacing, pre-registration is requested for all classes, events, and workshops. Booking closes 1 hour prior to class. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so in your Momoyoga account or by contacting us.
