Mindful Planting Workshop

Slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the earth. In this gentle workshop, we will begin with a short guided meditation and mindfulness practice before moving into a hands-on planting experience.
Each participant will mindfully plant a small plant in a soil-filled pot to take home – a living reminder of presence, care, & personal growth.
All supplies are included.
