Class Descriptions
Meditation & Conversation
Meditation and mindfulness are scientifically proven methods to reduce stress and enhance well-being. In this class, you’ll learn foundational mindfulness practices to calm and steady both body and mind. Through guided meditation and reflection, you’ll explore techniques to cultivate presence, navigate daily life with greater awareness, and manage stress with more ease. Each session includes time for sharing and connection, creating a supportive and welcoming space for your journey.
Soma & Strength
A relaxing 75-minute class focused on feeling rather than performing. This session is all about soothing your nervous system and letting go of any chronic tension and emotional blocks. We’ll enjoy some body scans and breathwork to help tone the vagus nerve and manage stress. Plus, we’ll hold some gentle shapes to help stretch out tight muscles. It’s a wonderful opportunity to unwind and reconnect with yourself!
Somatic Stretch & Breathe
This gentle, restorative class is an invitation to step away from the busyness of the day and reconnect with yourself. Through slow, accessible movement, supportive stretches, and mindful breathing, you’ll have space to release tension, settle your mind, and simply be.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a deeply restful guided meditation practice that invites you to settle in, get comfortable, and let yourself be supported. As you’re guided through a series of gentle awareness practices, you’ll have space to quiet the noise of the day, soften your body, and settle your mind. You don’t need to know how to meditate, and you don’t have to “clear your mind.” Simply get comfortable, listen to the guidance, and allow yourself to rest.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga invites you to slow down and spend a little more time in each posture, creating space to explore sensation, breath, and stillness. Poses are typically held for several minutes with the support of props, allowing you to gently work into the body’s deeper tissues while cultivating patience and awareness. Perfect for anyone looking to slow down, improve mobility, and create a little more space in both body and mind.
