You’re invited to witness the connection with our passed loved ones in Spirit for messages of love, healing, and validation! This is your chance for a connection with heaven!
Jamie has been working as a Medium and Mentor since 2016 and is eager to help show you that love truly has no bounds. During this group reading experience several participants will receive unique messages of their own, and enjoy watching others receive support from the other side. Those who don’t receive readings often report postcards, or special signs from their own loved ones through someone else.
After the readings, feel free to stick around and ask questions about Jamie, the process of mediumship, or your own spiritual development journey! A great chance to pick the brain of an experienced teacher.

Meet Jamie
Jamie is a Maine based Evidential Psychic Medium who works with clients remotely all over the world to help them make connections with Spirit for messages of love, healing, and validation. She offers mediumship readings (passed loved ones), tarot readings (cards), Mentorships, and more. Though she’s always seen Spirit, she came into her mediumship in 2016 after an unexpected loss in the family. Jamie’s top priorities in this field are to help people realize how available Spirit is for them, and that our loved ones support us even from beyond this physical life.

Saturday, 3/22 from 9:30 am – 12 noon
Location: Doe Farm, Durham, NH
Join Brittany Carr, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, of Rooting in Nature for this special offering!
Awaken your senses in this celebration of Spring’s new growth by reconnecting with yourself and nature with a guided, easy paced, mindful forest experience. As we transition from a season of darkness into a season of light, we are invited to shed winter’s layers and bloom into new beginnings. By slowing down and being fully present in nature, we are encouraged to apply the rhythm and flow of nature to our own lives to restore a sense of renewal, balance, and harmony.
Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is the simple practice of taking in the forest atmosphere through the senses for health benefits.
Our time together includes gentle movement, meditation, opportunities to stop and connect with the natural world along the way, and concludes with herbal tea where we can reflect and share our experiences.
The length of this Forest Bathing Experience will be ~2 miles and is suitable for adults 18+. We love animals, but please leave your furry friends at home for this walk!
What to bring: a stool, chair, blanket, or pad to sit on (something you’re comfortable carrying for the duration of the walk), weather appropriate clothing such as long pants, jacket, hat & gloves (should it be chilly in the morning), boots suitable for terrain, microspikes (in the event of ice) water, snacks – Optional: Backpack, a journal and pen

Meet your guide:
Brittany Carr is a certified Forest Therapy Guide with a deep love for the outdoors and a passion for sharing the healing power of nature and mindfulness.
Whether she’s hiking NH’s challenging mountains, exploring new places, camping, paddleboarding on a quiet lake or river, or simply sitting in stillness among the trees, Brittany believes that nature has the ability to heal and transform us—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Brittany’s journey into forest therapy was inspired by her own personal experiences in nature. For years, she turned to the outdoors to find peace, strength, and clarity. Immersing herself in the natural world, she discovered how deeply transformative it can be. Driven by these beautiful experiences, Brittany pursued her certification as a Forest Therapy Guide through The Forest Therapy School to help others heal and connect deeper with themselves and nature.
In addition to guiding, Brittany is an artist creating nature-inspired wood pieces and photography. A Montserrat College of Art graduate, she blends her creative talents with her love for the outdoors.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys yoga, cooking, writing, singing, dancing, and spending time with her two cats, Loki and Mia. Her mission is to help, inspire, and foster personal growth and community connection through outdoor experiences, creativity, and mindfulness.
