F*CK It Friday

F*ck It Friday is a guided release ritual for the weight we’ve been carrying—our anxiety, rage, grief, overwhelm, and the heaviness of living in a world that feels like too much. We begin by naming what has been sitting heavy on our hearts and nervous systems, writing down the fears, frustrations, and tensions we’re ready to let go of.
With a thoughtfully curated playlist, we move through intuitive, somatic, and expressive movement to let the body process what words can’t. This is a space where big feelings are welcome, where your visceral response is honored, and where your body is allowed to exhale what it’s been holding. After movement, we return to stillness, noticing what else may have surfaced, and giving ourselves permission to release even more.
With intention, we light a tealight candle and burn our written words in a shared burn bowl, symbolically allowing what no longer serves us to dissolve. To anchor the release, we blow out the candle, taking it home charged with our intention—an ongoing reminder that we are allowed to let go, reclaim space in our bodies, and make room for steadiness, strength, and hope.
