Safe Space: Young Adult Yoga

For Young Adults only, ages 18 – 29
Mindfulness-based practices like yoga have been shown to reduce stress, alleviate depressive symptoms, and improve overall well-being. Through the Young Adult Advisory Council Trauma Informed Yoga Initiative, we aim to provide a free, accessible, and affirming yoga series for young adults (ages 18-29) across the state.
