Sara Lorello (she/her), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes there is a resilience of spirit within each of us. My task is to highlight that and give it strength. I work with clients to help them see their own unique ability to surpass life’s inevitable challenges. As a respectful collaborator, I use gentle curiosity to get to the root of thoughts, behaviors and emotions that may no longer be serving you.

I am interested in working with folks in the parenting role, notably in the early days of parenthood. I also work on couples issues, intuitive eating and body acceptance, stress reduction and increased mindfulness. I use Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion and Mindfulness approaches, often a combination of these in my clinical work. I am a cat and ocean lover.

  • Individual and Couples, ages 18+
  • Folks experiencing: anxiety, depression, PTSD, mild/moderate disordered eating, or postpartum or parenting issues.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill
that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

This Good Faith Estimate does not account for late cancellations, no-show fees, crisis sessions, non-therapeutic charges, case management fees, court litigation fees, or other financial arrangements determined on a case by case form. See practice policies disclosure form.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
