About Me
I started working in the mental health field almost two decades ago and since that time have worn many different hats including direct support, case management, individual and group therapy, administrative and clinical supervision, team leading, and most recently; becoming small business owner. Beyond my experience, I deeply value learning, growth, and engaging in my own therapeutic work. I see consultation and supervision as another avenue to collaborate, join and support the next generation of mental health and wellness professionals. I can help you feel more confident, provide skills and resources, and offer guidance and mentorship that aligns with your goals as a professional.
Yoga/Movement Consultation & Clinical Consultation
Available for both clinicians (licensed and pre-licensed) and yoga facilitators of any experience level.
- Clinical consultation: for therapists and mental health providers seeking collaboration, clinical guidance, therapeutic skill development and/or clinical support. I have a passion for working with new/novice therapists!
- Yoga/Movement/Somatic consultation/mentorship: for those interested in learning or adapting their yoga (movement or meditation) facilitation to be more trauma-informed and sensitive. Open to all, even folks currently in yoga teacher training.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is for pre-licensed clinicians interested in on obtaining their professional supervisory requirements as outlined with the New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Practice. I am a Board Approved Supervisor in the State of New Hampshire.
