“The act of discovering who we are will force us to accept that we can go further than we think” – Paulo Coelho

Ari McLellan (she/her), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor
I believe that all people are full and whole. We all have needs, that sometimes go unmet and present in a variety of ways. If you’re seeking preparedness for taking on life’s inevitable challenges and finding deeper ways to understand and connect to yourself, that could lead to a fuller life that you can live with ease.
My therapeutic orientation comes from an understanding of many different modalities in an ever- changing field that is deeply rooted in Attachment Theory. I am a relational therapist who is committed to staying informed of the most up to date research and evidenced- based work. I have dedicated the last 10 years of my practice in community mental health.
We are all in recovery from something, be it healing from an injury, rebuilding trust after a breach, recovering from a loss. If your old ways of recovering are no longer serving you, I can encourage you to find your own strength. Small changes can often have tremendous impact on our lives.
