Class Descriptions

Gentle Yoga

This gentle, trauma-informed yoga class is perfect for those seeking a slower-paced, supportive practice. With an emphasis on choice and mindful movement, this session offers tools to nurture your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a space to move with intention, this practice meets you where you are.

Meditation & Conversation

Meditation and mindfulness are scientifically proven methods to reduce stress and enhance well-being. In this class, you’ll learn foundational mindfulness practices to calm and steady both body and mind. Through guided meditation and reflection, you’ll explore techniques to cultivate presence, navigate daily life with greater awareness, and manage stress with more ease. Each session includes time for sharing and connection, creating a supportive and welcoming space for your journey.

Restorative & Sound

Experience profound relaxation and healing in this restorative yoga class, designed to soothe your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit. In this gentle practice, we will use props to support your body in restful yoga postures, promoting deep release and relaxation. The healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments will fill the room, guiding you into a deeper state of connection and bliss.

Slow Flow Yoga
A grounding yet energizing, heart-centered class that weaves slow Vinyasa with embodied movement. Move mindfully with your breath through fluid sequences that deepen your connection to the powerful relationship between body and breath. This practice invites a sense of freedom and self-acceptance through movement.
This class offers optional hands-on adjustments. All levels welcome.

Tea and Meditation

The tea ceremony is an ancient practice that honors tea as plant medicine. Cultivated by Buddhist monks as a way to practice mindfulness, stillness, and reverence. Known as Cha Dao, or “the Way of Tea,” this practice is about living in harmony with nature, honoring the lineage of tea, and tuning into the energetic exchange—the chi—that each cup offers. This ceremonial gathering is both a space for quiet contemplation and for shared connection in community or communiTEA 🙂

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra, a restorative guided meditation practice, offers the possibly for ease and peace for your body, mind and soul. You can expect evening of trauma-informed guided relaxation and restoration.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. On a emotional level, yin yoga helps to release not only physical but mental blockages.
