Tabetha has been practicing energy healing for 10 plus years as a Level II Reiki Practitioner and Intuitive Therapist. Her educational background started with substance use recovery, as she progressed in the field she adopted the Trauma-Informed Care approach, which she applies to her classes as a RYT-200 yoga facilitator. Along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, she is a certified Holistic Life Coach. Combining the healing modalities of reiki, reflexology and yoga with the clinical models of mental health is where her passion lies. Looking at what is energetically blocking you to support your physical, emotional and mental health is her specialty, helping to get you back on track in your life and well-being.
