Jenn (she/her) is a 500 HR Certified Meditation Teacher & Reiki II Practitioner. She began her journey in a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class which uncovered her true passion of mindfulness and meditation. Leaning into her intuition, she became devoted to her own daily practice, experiencing for herself the immense benefits yoga and meditation had on her mental health and her ability to cultivate a peaceful inner landscape. Through this passion, her purpose became clear, to guide and support others to hold safe and compassionate space for themselves and others around them. Her passion for creating pockets of time filled with love, light and compassion have helped build community where each individual is rooted in safety and belonging to show up as their most authentic self. Whether she is hiking, meditating or blissfully admiring the world around her, Jenn finds inspiration by being in Nature. She loves being surrounded by majestically imperfect trees and feeling completely supported by the ocean. Through Jenn’s connectedness, her energy offerings, classes and workshops empowers her clients to value their unique purpose and gift.
