You’re invited to a deeply restful and gentle Yoga Nidra journey—designed to support nervous system regulation while opening space for inner connection and intuitive insight.
In this guided meditation, we’ll move through a trauma-informed Yoga Nidra practice that invites ease, safety, and spaciousness. With care and choice at the center, we’ll explore a visualization to connect with spirit guides, inner wisdom, or supportive energies—however that resonates for you.
No experience needed. Come as you are. All parts of you are welcome.
