Sometimes, therapy is better outside
Hannah believes that being in nature can offer a grounding, restorative setting for the therapeutic process. When it feels supportive, therapy can move beyond the traditional office and into the natural world. Sessions may take the form of a walk-and-talk, a quiet conversation by the water, or simply sitting together somewhere that feels peaceful and connected to the outdoors.
Hannah is a licensed mental health clinician in New Hampshire and has worked in the mental health field for nearly a decade, becoming licensed in 2025. What continues to draw her to this work is her genuine appreciation for each person’s unique goodness, tenderness, and capacity for growth. She helps clients recognize and value these parts of themselves, creating space to discover a softer way of moving through life and to live more closely aligned with their own values.
Areas of Support
Adults, generally ages 18–55, of all genders. Hannah supports people who are feeling anxious, burned out, or disconnected from themselves and their lives, and who are looking for a greater sense of wholeness, connection, and grounding. If that sounds like you, you may be in the right place.
