Amber (she/they) is an educator turned holistic practitioner who is certified in both Reiki and yin yoga. Although she taught in schools for many years, her love for psychology and spirituality have led her to teach outside of the classroom. Reflecting on over a decade of practice, Amber shares that yin completely changed her personal yoga practice and she now feels that bringing this gentle, yet deep form of healing to others is part of her life path, and is honored to be able to share its magic. Her approach to yin yoga bridges the ancient and the modern by incorporating trauma-informed strategies, somatics, yogic philosophy, Chakras, Meridians, astrology, and more

Laura’s deeper appreciation for yoga began several years ago when she began to experience some of the vast benefits that come from a consistent yoga practice. As her practice continues to evolve and strengthen over time, she has learned that yoga can be a powerful tool in aiding in her overall health and wellness. Using the breath in combination with movement helps to heal and restore the mind and body, allowing each one of us an opportunity to deepen our connection to one’s true essence through self exploration. Laura’s desire to share this knowledge with others motivated her to complete her RYT 200 hr certification through Bending Bodhi where she was trained in, but not limited to, vinyasa style yoga, using the combination of breath and movement to create and release energy throughout our entire being. She aspires to create a safe and inviting environment where all individuals can feel comfortable to express themselves through their own unique style of movement and breath as they explore their mind, body, and whole self. Her classes are all inclusive and designed with modifications to empower all individuals, regardless of age, gender, or ability, encouraging you to find your strength and balance both physically and mentally. Though she is currently a teacher, she considers herself to always be a student, continuing to explore new studies, including trauma informed practices. Her hope is to continue to share knowledge with others along her journey in a hope to create unity and peace deep within ourselves and for all those in our community.

Looking to feel healthy, vibrant and empowered? Would you like a teacher that understands that everyone’s practice is personal and unique? Maybe you are working through some grief or a traumatic experience, needing to realign your chakras and expel stagnant or negative energy. Then Tabetha might be the teacher for you! Creative and fun classes that honor and embody the spiritual and healing properties from the traditional yoga lineage. From meditation & deep body awareness to breath & motion alignment within postures, Tabetha has a style of teaching all of her own.
Acquiring her RYT-200hr certification through the Illumina Program at Three Bridges Yoga, she went on to study and complete courses in anatomy and cueing, keeping her student’s unique body structure in mind. She has been practicing energy healing for 7 years as a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner/Intuitive Therapist and in 2017 she received her Associates Degree in Behavioral Health Studies. Combining energy work, holistic health beliefs, mental health support and recovery coach training, she creates mindful trauma sensitive yoga classes that are welcoming to every body at any level of practice.
Tabetha is always adding to her skill set by attending Continuing Education workshops & training courses in yoga, mental health and energy medicine. She considers herself a forever student to the practice, passing along the information to help support and guide you on your own personal journey.

Liz has been practicing yoga for most of her life. Her own experiences with early childhood trauma and an ongoing back injury deepened and informed her yoga practice. She is currently continuing her studies completing a 500 hour RYT certification from Siddhi Yoga.
Liz’s teachings are inspired by mother nature, the divine feminine and the wisdom of the body. Her sequences and meditations guide students to step out of the thinking space and instead observe sensations. Through asana, meditation and self inquiry we can learn to listen to our inner knowing and connect with the energy that brings us all together. Her hope is to share the ancient teachings of yoga in a way that allows practitioners to honor their body and live from a heart centered space.

Jenni’s path to yoga began in 2010 as a way to cultivate balance in her life. As a trauma-informed and sensitive yoga facilitator, Jenni aims to provide compassion, predictability and consistency so that participants may be able to access, connect or reclaim a connection with their bodies. She holds space for possibility, empowerment and agency-building through yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices. You are welcome to meet yourself exactly where you are, as you are.

Jenn is a 500 hour certified meditation teacher through Yogamu Institute and Meditation Alliance International. She began her journey a in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction class which uncovered her true passion of mindfulness and meditation. Leaning into her intuition, she become devoted to her own daily practice of yoga and meditation, experiencing for herself the immense amount of benefits yoga and meditation had on her mental health and her ability to cultivate peace in her inner landscape. Through this passion, her purpose became clear: to hold authentic, safe space filled with love, light and compassion for herself and others around her.
As a former school teacher, Jenn is decided to her mission of teaching others how st hold that same space for themselves and others around them. Her wish is to help create community filled with love, light and compassion, fulfilling her belief of leaving the world a better place than she found it.
Whether she is hiking, meditating or blissfully admiring the world around her, Jenn finds inspiration by being in Nature. She loves being surrounded by majestically imperfect trees and feeling completely supported by the ocean. Being so drawn to Nature, Jenn values everyone’s own unique purpose and gift. Practicing with Jenn reminds up of our very own unique experience in this world.
