Tea and Yoga for the Nervous System

Join herbalist and yoga instructor Brenna Lilly for a 2 hour long offering. We will begin class slowly with a cup of hand-blended herbal tea and discuss how herbs can assist us in self-soothing. We will then ease into mindful movement (gentle and yin yoga) with opportunities for both stillness and flow. No herbalism or yoga experience required.
Brenna Lilly is a community herbalist based in the New Hampshire Seacoast and the owner of Brisingamen Botanicals. She is a trained Sacred Gaian herbalist and 500-hour yoga instructor who emphasizes the importance of sacred body reconnection and from an inclusive, affirmative, trauma-conscious perspective.
