Beginning Monday, July 13 | 6:00–7:00 PM, join trauma-informed guest facilitator, Nicole for a four-week Hatha yoga series inspired by the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras. Each class combines gentle movement, breathwork, reflection, and practical philosophy that supports both your yoga practice and everyday life.
