Awaken Your True Self with Sonic Neural Breathwork 🌀🌿
Sonic Neural Breathwork is a powerful and intentional mind body journey using sound healing and breath. Some have had psychedelic like experiences where others have fallen asleep. It’s about trusting the process and your own wisdom to bring you exactly what you need in the moment. The journey is set to specific music tracks and rhythmic breath to support the release of stuck emotions to bring you back to your true self. Think of it as a power wash for the mind body and soul. It will help balance your nervous system, and align you on your life’s path. This trauma-informed Breathwork journey takes about an hour and we will close the evening with tea and community sharing.
- Suggested to bring along:
- Chap stick,
- sleep eye mask,
- water bottle,
