Join us for a special yoga class for lifters! Weight lifting is a common tool for coping with stress and mental health recovery. Join Sonia, a fellow lifter, for this specialty class to support your recovery. This practice will invite participants to take a restorative and/or active approach to their recovery mentally and physically.
