In this 4-week group we focus on how you process the stressors in your life and the physical & emotional reactions. Learning how to become aware of your stress signals help to mitigate the effects it has on your body, mind & soul. During this time you’ll discover proactive coping strategies that support healthy somatic responses to stress.
