SUMMARY:Family Worm Composting Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Don’t throw out that apple core! \nBring your kids and learn how to create and sustain a 2-gallon worm composting bin. This is a beginner-friendly workshop where all materials will be provided as well as education and guidance by the facilitator\, Hannah Jalovick\, LCMHC. Hannah will also incorporate mindfulness throughout the workshop. Each family will walk away with their own worm farm (worm composting system) that will fit under the sink or in a pantry\, where food scraps can be composted\, without the need of an outdoor compost heap (a great option for apartment or smaller living spaces). \nFamilies of greater than 4 members are asked to reserve multiple spots. Kids of all ages are welcome to come with at least one parent. Please let us know how many adults and children are joining. Space is limited.
