Breath work meditation focuses on consciously adjusting your breathing patterns to promote relaxation.
This practice offers a variety of benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, enhancing sleep and mood, and potentially alleviating symptoms of certain physical conditions.
In this workshop we will be cultivating body awareness through breath and somatic movement, connection and support in a community share circle and connecting with higher power- source energy to manifest peace and abundance.
